My 3 year old son has been telling me for the past 6 months or so that his penis hurts. Ive looked and seen nothing wrong so asked him to point to exactly where it hurts and he points to the head of his penis. Sense I had seen nothing physically wrong I brought him to the doctor to check for a UTI or something like that. All the tests came up clean and the doctor told me not to worry he probably contributes the feeling of an errection as pain because he doesnt understand. But when he is complaining of the pain 99% of the time he doesnt have an errection. I dont know what to do any suggestions?

I can't explain what causes it but my ten year old son had this complaint when he was around that age. I took him to the doctor as well and they could find nothing wrong either. It eventually just stopped. it sucks when our children are in pain and we cannot fix it or at least know for sure the cause and that everything is okay. Good luck. I hope your baby quits hurting and that it is nothing serious.
