I bought the Season Pass. For example, I get to see GW become a dictator. Do I have to get a certain point in the game before I get to use the Downloadable content? How does that work?

you will get the DLC for free when they put it out on the PS3 store or Xbox store (which ever console you have). if you put in the code from the season pass you should get it as soon as they release it. make sure you redeem your code like right now so you won't lose it.
