How long does it take to grow 1 inch tall?

I'm a boy, 17 and half years old, 5 feet and 4 inches.
I want to grow at least another 2 inches tall. 3 - 4 inches maximum.
And I at least believe that I can reach 2 inches.
So can anyone roughly tell me how long it will take me to grow 1inch if I eat and drink well, sleep well, do my exercises ( stretching and stuff ).
I used to be tall some years back. 5.4 is not that a bad height in my country as most people here are short. But the community I live with, my friends they are very well built people with nice heights. So I just want to be tall cause sometimes back I was taller and now shorter. It just hurts in my head. (I know that it's not something to feel inferior of, but I'm just a normal man and I've my weaknesses. Sometimes they tease me Midget. I have never teased them so when I was tall. So doesn't that hurts? )
I just don't want to feel inferior neither Superior but I want to feel Comfortable when I'm out there.
Maybe I didn't grow cause my parents are also short (shorter than me). But also maybe cause I used to eat only one or two small meals a day, sleep very less and rarely ever got my body exercised. I'm just telling all these stuff cause they hurt in my head :/

Can anyone help me with this question ?

Nobody has any idea.
Your genetics have already pre-determined what your final height will be.
You must have patience - & wait to see what all develops.
You won't finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later.
